It was Friday night, March 23, 2018, and Alli and her three friends ventured toward South Street Social to check out downtown Morristown's newest establishment.
In search of a water for her friend, Alli began cutting through the crowd -- a path that, unbeknownst to her, would lead her directly toward Kevin and his buddy sitting at the bar.
Alli and Kevin hit it off...and the rest was history.

Alli and Kevin went on their first trip together in July 2018 to Cape May, NJ, where they stayed at the Heritage Inn along the beach.
Fast forward to November 2020, when Kevin encourages a spur-of-the-moment Saturday trip to Cape May. (It took some convincing that morning, but Alli finally budged.)
As they later walked along the boardwalk near sundown, Kevin suggested they climb to the top of the Heritage Inn. Once they made it to the rooftop, Kevin dropped down to a knee -- to seal the deal where their (vacation) journey once started.
